"LOVE YOUR A+++ Customer Service (Freysinger Pontiac Buick GMC) I can't say enough about the WONDERFUL SERVICE Kim, Service Manager at Freysinger, provides on an ongoing, long-term basis!  I’ve been a customer for many years, since I bought my Pontiac, and from the start, I received the best customer service I ever had!  Kim is helpful, courteous and listens to my concerns and needs.  Overall, I am a huge fan of the repair services at Freysinger because of my many experiences with Kim.   I have always received top-notch, quality repairs to my vehicle.  When I bring my car in, she goes above and beyond to provide every convenience to me, as a customer.  I have an extended warranty and Kim cuts through the red-tape to help me obtain authorization for repairs covered by the policy - - not an easy task.  Most repair shops do not want to work with extended warranty policies - - Freysinger will!   Both she and Freysinger understand the value of their customers and they show that appreciation.    Unlike most repair shops, Freysinger provides courtesy transportation in the form of a shuttle ride or a courtesy car.     I absolutely love that I am neither inconvenienced, nor made late for work by having to wait for a ride.  The repairs performed are always done well, done right and are backed by a guarantee.   I've never had a single problem, nor have I had complaints about the repair work done at Freysinger.  This is just an all-around super place to take your car for all your service needs.  I have been recommending Freysinger to all my friends and family - - I’d recommend Freysinger to anyone.    Kim is a gem, not to mention that the overall, excellent service provided by Freysinger is one-of-a-kind.   Thanks for being so great!"
